Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bloomvest Capital website, dashboard, and related digital banking services (collectively, the "Platform"). By opening an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform. Bloomvest Capital provides money transfers, currency swaps, cards, loans, grants, and related banking services, and these Terms set out the rules that apply to that relationship.

Eligibility and account registration

To open an account you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful where you reside. We may require identity verification (KYC) documentation before activating your account, processing withdrawals, or increasing limits, and we may suspend or close accounts that cannot be verified.

1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
2. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. One person may not maintain multiple accounts without our prior written consent.
4. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or terminate access to any account at our discretion where we suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Transfers, swaps, deposits and withdrawals

The Platform lets you send local and international transfers, swap between USD and Crypto, and make deposits and withdrawals to and from the accounts and addresses shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for entering the correct recipient details; transfers and on-chain transactions may be irreversible once sent, and Bloomvest Capital cannot recover funds sent in error. Transfers and withdrawals are processed subject to verification, available balances, applicable limits, exchange rates, and network or banking confirmation times. Rates and fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.

Risk disclosure

Currency swaps involving digital assets carry risk, as the value of cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile, and the amount you receive on a swap depends on the rate at the time of conversion. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You should only convert or transfer funds you can afford and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate before making financial decisions.

Referral program

Where we make a referral program available, you may earn rewards for introducing new users who open and fund an account through your referral link. Referral rewards are credited subject to the program rules published on the Platform and may be adjusted, withheld, or reversed where we detect self-referral, fraudulent sign-ups, or other abuse. We may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. In particular, you must not engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; use bots or automated means to manipulate balances or transactions; or provide false verification information.

1. You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
2. You will not use the Platform to transmit malware or interfere with its security or normal operation.
3. You will not misrepresent your identity or act on behalf of another person without authorization.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomvest Capital and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market volatility, blockchain network failures, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
